First up, you need to get in touch with us. Let us know what you'd like from our established ranges.
Or, if you're not sure yet, share your thoughts with us. Give us a framework, and we'll present you with some options to choose from for your custom candle order.
We'll send you a formal quote, which will include the total cost (including VAT), any relevant shipping costs if you'd like delivery, and lead time.
Once you've signed and made payment (via EFT or PayPal), we'll move on to the next step.
All hands on deck! We'll get to work creating your order.
Because all our products are skillfully crafted by hand, whether you've chosen something from our existing ranges, or requested something custom, you'll be receiving completely unique products - something no one else has ever had before.
Receiving time. You'll be notified that your order is either ready for collection or out for delivery, and we'll provide you tracking for the latter.
All orders use special protective packaging, so your items will stay safe during transit.
Below, you can request a formal quote, which we will email to you soonest. Please remember to type all the items you'd like (including color and design specifications), as well as the quantity of each item type.

Also, If you'd like to see some of our products in person, you are welcome to visit our store at F87, The Watershed, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, South Africa, which is open between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., 7 days a week.
Please note that all products on our site are priced in South African rand (ZAR). Google's currency converter uses up-to-date rates, and has a dropdown menu wherein you can select your currency to convert an item's price to your local currency.
